Thank you for choosing Cardinal Computer Commissions. Because we provide custom-built computer commission services, this Refund Policy explains when refunds may or may not be available.

Custom & Commissioned Orders

All computers are custom-built to customer specifications. Due to the nature of custom work:Orders cannot be canceled once parts have been purchased

Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis

Customers are responsible for approving all specifications before the build begins

Deposits

Deposits are non-refundable once parts have been ordered

Deposits help cover component costs, time, and labor Before Parts Are Purchased If an order is canceled before any parts are purchased, a refund may be issued minus:Payment processing fees,Any consultation or service time already provided

After Assembly Begins

Once assembly has started:No refunds will be issued for labor already completed, Refunds for unused or unopened parts are not guaranteed and depend on supplier return policies

Defective or Incorrect Builds

If your computer arrives with:A defect caused by assembly error, or Components that do not match the approved specifications Please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to:Repair the issue, or Replace affected components when appropriate.

Refunds are issued only if a repair or replacement is not reasonably possible.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable We are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by the shipping carrier

Manufacturer Warranties

Individual computer components are covered by their manufacturer’s warranty, Warranty claims for parts must be handled through the manufacturer Cardinal Computer Commissions is not responsible for manufacturer warranty decisions,Minor-Owned Business Disclosure, This business is operated by a minor under the age of 18 with parental or legal guardian involvement. Refund decisions may require parental or guardian approval.
